Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

caa is looking for a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented professional to own our entire social media presence — strategy, content direction, editing, and publishing — as a single point of ownership. This isn't two jobs duct-taped together. It's a role for someone who moves fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and who takes pride in both. You'll be helping us power the connection economy across 19 U.S. markets — and the content you create is how that story gets told. Here's the core challenge: we're building two distinct brands simultaneously — one for our founder Abby, and one for caa — and we need someone who can hold both without letting them blur. You'll know when a piece of content belongs to Abby, when it belongs to caa, and when it should bridge both. We produce raw footage in-house from events, 1:1 interviews, and leadership summits. Your job is to shape that footage into a cohesive, high-performing content engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. See the job description attached
