Social Media Strategist & Designer — Real Estate, Fitness & Nonprofit Clients (industry variety)
Worldwide
We're a multi-service firm looking for a social media strategist with strong design skills to manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook across up to 3 client accounts spanning real estate, fitness, and nonprofit sectors. This is not a "post and forget" role — we need someone who thinks strategically about brand identity, engagement, and measurable growth for each account. What you'll own: Content calendar planning and execution across IG, LinkedIn, and Facebook (up to 3 client accounts) On-brand visual design for each client — every account has a distinct visual identity and voice that must be maintained consistently Caption/copywriting in each client's brand voice (real estate, fitness, and nonprofit audiences require different tones — you should already know this) Community management: responding to comments and DMs Monthly performance reporting with clear KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, reach) — including plain-language summaries our clients can actually understand, not just raw numbers Staying current on platform trends and applying what's relevant to each brand Nice to have: Paid social ad experience (Meta/Instagram ads) Google Ads experience GEO (local/geo-targeted) campaign experience Video editing skills (Reels/short-form) Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buckets, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar — open to your preferred platform) Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously with distinct visual identities Strong design skills in Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent writing skills, adaptable across industries and tones Comfort working with sensitive/mission-driven content — some of our nonprofit clients serve vulnerable populations (veterans, domestic violence survivors, neurodivergent youth), so tone judgment and discretion matter as much as design skill Reliable, self-directed communicator — you'll work asynchronously with our internal team Important: AI image generation tools are not permitted for any client-facing visual content. All visuals must be designed manually in Canva/Adobe. Portfolio required — please include actual examples of multi-platform content you've designed and managed (before/after, screenshots, or live account links), not just a resume. To apply: In your proposal, please answer: How would your content approach differ for a nonprofit account serving a vulnerable population versus a real estate or fitness brand? This helps us understand how you think about tone, not just design.
