Growth & Social Media Strategist/Manager — AI Career Platform — PROVEN ROCKSTARS ONLY LinkLaunch™ is a newly launched AI career intelligence platform, and I’m looking for an experienced, hands-on Growth & Social Media Strategist/Manager to take ownership of our consumer-facing social media and online growth. This position will consistently grow in hours and hourly wage as we get subscriptions. We already have active accounts and have been consistently creating content, but our current approach is not generating the traction, engagement, or paid subscriptions we need. I’m not looking for someone to simply post more content—I’m looking for someone who can figure out what will actually move the needle and get customer subscriptions. What I need: * Audit our current social media, content, messaging, and performance. * Develop a clear strategy for audience growth, engagement, website traffic, and paid conversions. * Create, test, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Reddit. * Identify which channels are actually worth our time rather than treating every platform equally. * Develop campaigns and content aimed at specific audiences, including college graduates, active job seekers, career changers, and professionals. * Test different hooks, messaging, offers, CTAs, short-form video, founder content, and landing-page approaches. * Track performance from content → website visit → signup → paid subscription, not just likes and impressions. * Recommend changes quickly when something isn't working. *Help establish a distinctive voice and community around LinkLaunch. Develop an organic growth strategy now, with the ability to manage **paid social campaigns as our budget increases. Who I'm looking for I am looking for a Rockstar who has growth and traction experience. I want a hands-on growth-minded strategist, not someone who relies primarily on AI-generated posts or schedules generic content. You should have demonstrated experience building an audience from a small starting point and turning social media attention into measurable customer acquisition. Experience with B2C SaaS, AI, career/job-search products, education, HR tech, or subscription businesses would be especially valuable. You should be comfortable experimenting, analyzing results, eliminating what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does. About LinkLaunch LinkLaunch™ is an AI career intelligence platform designed to help people understand their strengths, uncover transferable skills, discover where they fit, and turn those insights into action across career exploration, résumé and LinkedIn development, job search, interview preparation, and personalized career guidance.
