Social Media Strategist | IG & TikTok Growth | Luxury & Lifestyle Brands

We're a luxury hospitality brand looking for an experienced social media strategist to develop and execute a growth-focused content strategy for our Instagram and TikTok accounts. This is a project-based role — we need someone who can come in, assess what we have, and build a clear strategy and content direction from the ground up. What You'll Do → Audit our current Instagram and TikTok presence and identify gaps → Develop a content strategy aligned with our luxury brand positioning → Create a content calendar with daily posting direction (Reels, carousels, static posts, TikToks) → Write captions that feel native to the platform and on-brand for luxury hospitality → Provide clear creative direction and briefs for content production → Analyze performance data and recommend what to double down on What We're Looking For → Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts — please share links and before/after numbers → Strong understanding of luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brand content → Strategic thinker — you understand why content works, not just what looks good → Excellent written English for caption writing and communication → Self-directed and reliable — we need someone who brings ideas, not just waits for direction To Apply, Please Include 1.
