Social Media Support Specialist

## LinkedIn Content & Social Media Virtual Assistant I’m looking for a reliable and creative virtual assistant to support the growth and management of my LinkedIn presence. The ideal candidate has experience with LinkedIn content creation, social media management, audience engagement, and brand outreach. You should be able to take rough ideas, notes, voice recordings, or source materials and turn them into polished content that matches my tone and personal brand. Responsibilities may include: * Writing and editing LinkedIn posts * Writing, formatting, and managing an email newsletter * Responding thoughtfully to comments and messages * Researching content ideas, trends, companies, and industry topics * Conducting outreach to potential brand partners * Tracking outreach conversations and follow-ups * Creating lead magnets, resource guides, checklists, and templates * Organizing the content calendar and scheduling posts * Supporting other social media and administrative tasks as needed The content will primarily focus on job searching, careers, and AI tools. The ideal candidate: * Has strong written English and attention to detail * Understands how LinkedIn content differs from generic social media content * Can adapt to an established writing style and brand voice * Is comfortable using AI tools without producing generic or overly automated content * Has experience with Canva, Google Docs, Notion, or similar tools * Is organized, responsive, and able to work independently * Understands audience engagement and how content can support business growth This role may begin with about 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into an ongoing working relationship.
