We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant (Social Media VA) to help manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling content creation, Canva design, social media scheduling, engagement, and basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities Create and schedule engaging social media content Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar Design social media graphics using Canva Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and basic social media copy Schedule posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar platforms Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement Research relevant content ideas, trends, hashtags, and competitors Repurpose existing content into posts, carousels, reels, and stories Assist with short-form video content and basic CapCut editing Track basic social media analytics and report performance Maintain organized content folders and publishing schedules Assist with general Virtual Assistant and administrative tasks To Apply Please send: A brief introduction about your experience as a Social Media VA Examples of social media content or Canva designs you have created Your experience with social media scheduling tools Your availability and preferred working hours Your hourly rate This can become a long-term position for the right person who demonstrates reliability, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
