Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant NC Coastal I am a Realtor serving Surf City, Topsail Island, Hampstead, and Wilmington, NC, seeking a creative Virtual Assistant to help grow my online presence and generate leads. Responsibilities * Create Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, and YouTube Shorts * Schedule and manage social media content * Create local lifestyle content featuring businesses, restaurants, events, and coastal attractions * Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads * Set up and manage Google Business Profile * Create and maintain a real estate website * Set up and manage a YouTube channel * Assist with email marketing and branding Qualifications * Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube * Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation * Website experience (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) * Real estate marketing experience is a plus Position Details * Part-time contractor * 10–15 hours per week * Flexible schedule * Long-term opportunity To apply, please send examples of social media accounts, videos, websites, or marketing projects you have managed.
