You’ll be working with a fast-growing brand that has funnels, lead magnets, automation, and strong offers already in place, so your primary focus will be: 👉 Traffic 👉 Optimization 👉 Scaling winning campaigns 🎯 What Your Role Will Be You will: Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns Test creatives, copy, and audiences Set up retargeting campaigns Track and report performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS) Identify winning campaigns and scale them Collaborate on funnel strategy and offer positioning 📊 Our Primary Goals Generate qualified leads Lower cost per lead Improve conversion performance Scale ad spend on winning campaigns ✅ Required Experience Proven results with Facebook & Instagram Ads Experience running TikTok Ads Experience with YouTube Ads Strong understanding of: Lead generation campaigns Conversion tracking Retargeting A/B testing Campaign scaling Bonus Skills (Not Required): Google Ads GoHighLevel experience Funnel marketing SaaS or service-based lead generation
