What We Need: We are looking for a creative, reliable and proactive social media VA to help us grow our Instagram presence consistently. We shoot the raw footage, you turn it into polished, engaging Reels. Your responsibilities: - Help come up with hooks and scripts - Edit raw video footage into short form Reels (15-60 seconds) - Add text overlays, captions, hooks and transitions - Write engaging captions and hashtags in our brand voice - Schedule and post content consistently - Stay on top of trending audio and formats relevant to our niche You're a great fit if you: - Have experience editing Instagram Reels with strong results - Understand the parenting, education content space - Can write punchy hooks and captions in a warm conversational tone - Are proactive, reliable and communicate clearly - Have a portfolio of Reels you've edited Deliverables: 5 Reels per week edited and ready to post Captions and hashtags for each post Consistent posting schedule maintained To Apply: Please share your portfolio or examples of Reels you have edited.
