Social media management for good project for GOOD MEN

Where do I even begin? 😊 For a long time, I’ve had an idea in my head for a project focused on healthy male self-development, under the name Men Without Makeup. The goal is not to become another “alpha male” channel in the style of Andrew Tate and similar personalities. Quite the opposite. I want to show that an ordinary, relatively average guy can still be seen as a good man. I already have some content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, but to be honest, it’s all a bit random and lacks a clear direction. I think I have plenty of ideas and thoughts, and I’m comfortable speaking on camera (I even have my own fully equipped studio). What I’m missing is someone who truly understands social media, knows how the algorithms work, can identify what has the potential to succeed, and can turn everything into a clear strategy and content plan. Then I’ll happily do my part—I’ll be the face in front of the camera. What I’m looking for is someone who can: develop a long-term content strategy, plan and schedule posts, help structure scripts and ideas, manage publishing across platforms, and work together consistently according to the quality and deadlines we agree on. I’m probably not explaining this perfectly, but I hope the idea is clear enough. We can fine-tune the details together. P.S. And to those of you with the "mega marketing agencies," who spend every weekend in Dubai, claim to be Instagram sales gurus, and whose services "start at CZK 20,000"… while in reality you're flexing from your childhood bedroom at your parents' house and the only time you've seen more than CZK 20,000 was at Christmas when the whole family chipped in… 😊 I've already met a few of those, so please don't bother. What I truly appreciate is enthusiasm, genuine interest, and a willingness to work hard. As an unpaid bonus, I can even help turn a grumpy nerd into—not necessarily the king of the party—but at least a confident young lion. 😊 A huge thank you to everyone who's serious, hardworking, and hopefully a future happy colleague.
