Software B2B + Mobile app B2C

Hi everyone, We are looking for a freelance or a company to build a B2C mobile app + B2B desktop app/software for our project. The mobile application is intended to support people to manage their life. The software is intended to support companies to manage their organization, such as a enterprise management tool. GOAL - We expect to deliver an MVP by end of the year/beginning next year, with 1k B2C users for the mobile app and up to 50 B2B customers in the following 3/6 months IMPORTANT NOTES: - The IP of this project will be entirely transferred as final output of the project, without any restriction or limitation. The project is supposed to be the MVP for a new startup, so we can't allow any kind of restriction or limitation of the IP, after the project is fully paid. This includes: Transferring the IP property to third party, selling the product, selling the project code, allow a third party vendor to distribute and sell our product. - The team/freelancer will work on our own repository - A NDA is supposed to be signed before the full requirements, design and scope are entirely shared - English is required as international people will be involved on the project - The database and the cloud infrastructure must be configured as part of the scope of the project - the cost of the infrastructure is up to us. posgreSQL could be a good candidate for the project MVP. - The mobile app should be develop for both Android and iOS - We expect Flutter to be a good technical compromise for this requirement - The desktop app should work on both Windows and Mac environments.
