AI Software Developer Needed — Build an MVP for an AI-Powered Hiring Optimization Platform Project Overview We are seeking an experienced AI software developer to build the MVP of an innovative SaaS platform called the Hiring Optimization Machine (HOM). HOM is an AI-enhanced Skill Intelligence Platform designed to help organizations make better hiring decisions------ rather than relying solely on traditional keyword matching or rigid checklist-based assessments. Primary Objective Develop a production-quality, scalable MVP quickly and cost-effectively by leveraging existing frontier AI models and APIs. The successful developer should prioritize: • Contribute to rapid MVP development • Cost-effective development and infrastructure • High-quality, scalable architecture • Clean, modular, and maintainable code • Strong security and data-handling practices • Flexibility to support multiple AI providers in the future • Well-documented and independently testable components Platform Architecture and Development Approach The HOM MVP is designed as a modular SaaS platform consisting of nine core modules. Each module has clearly defined objectives, functional requirements, development tasks, acceptance criteria, and technical deliverables. To accelerate development, reduce project risk, and support parallel implementation, the modules may be assigned to different developers. Each developer will be responsible for delivering modules that are: • Fully functional • Well documented • Independently testable • Secure and maintainable • Compatible with the overall platform architecture • Designed to integrate seamlessly with other HOM modules Each completed module will be reviewed by independent technical evaluators to assess code quality, functional performance, architecture, documentation, security, scalability, and compliance with the established technical requirements.
