Software Engineer — Client-Facing Development Role

We are looking for a talented software engineer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients, participating in technical discussions and project interviews, and taking ownership of the actual software development work. Responsibilities - Communicate directly with US clients regarding technical requirements and project needs. - Participate personally in client interviews, technical discussions, and project meetings. - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software. - Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions. - Provide regular updates on development progress and communicate technical challenges. - Collaborate with other team members when needed. Requirements - Strong software development skills and hands-on coding experience. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Confident and professional client-facing communication. - Ability to understand requirements and solve technical problems independently. - Ability to work comfortably with clients and teams operating on US time zones. - Experience working with US-based clients is a plus. We are open to both junior and senior engineers, depending on skills and experience. Location & Availability Candidates located in countries that overlap with US time zones are preferred. However, we are open to candidates from any location who are comfortable working during US business hours and maintaining reliable availability for client meetings. Compensation - Client interviews and technical discussions: $10/hour. - Project development: $1,500/month per project. Compensation may vary depending on the scope and requirements of future projects. Important You must be able to personally participate in client communications and interviews and be responsible for the development work you perform.
