Software Engineer Support (Java/Python/AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to provide daily technical support to one of our engineers. This is a remote, long-term engagement where you'll work alongside the engineer during live Zoom sessions, assisting with day-to-day development tasks, debugging, design discussions, and implementation. This role is ideal for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals who enjoys solving technical problems and mentoring or collaborating in real time. Work Schedule 2 hours per day Monday to Friday Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM UK Time (exact time will be mutually agreed) Remote work via Zoom (screen sharing and pair programming) Responsibilities Support software development, debugging, and implementation tasks. Assist with coding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Help design scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant applications. Review code and recommend best practices. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Assist with API development and integration. Support CI/CD workflows and DevOps-related activities when required. Help improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. Work collaboratively during live coding and problem-solving sessions.
