Software Engineer

GATELESS Music is redefining how music gets made. We're a vertical SaaS platform built for artists, producers, and music professionals to connect directly through unreleased production — without the gatekeepers. We’re looking for a seasoned FULL Stack Developer to lead our engineering team as we scale. If you’ve got deep technical chops, strong leadership instincts, and a background in music production — we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage cross-functional dev teams to execute key technical deliverables on time and within scope * Translate product requirements into detailed technical tasks and sprints * Oversee progress on both frontend and backend development * Maintain alignment between product vision and tech implementation * Manage and communicate with contractors across time zones * Identify roadblocks early and remove them before they impact the team * Ensure best practices around version control, QA, security, and deployment * Collaborate directly with the founder to help scale our infrastructure and roadmap Experience: * 5+ years of experience managing technical teams and web-based software projects * Proven experience working with Node.js (Express), Next.js, Nuxt.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Stripe, and SendGrid * Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-moving startup * Strong communication, documentation, and sprint planning skills * Previous success managing remote teams and scaling systems across cloud infrastructure * Bonus: Background in music production or music tech Please send an introduction and how much experience you have for the following: Node.js (Express), Next.js, Nuxt.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Stripe, and SendGrid
