Sound Designer / Game Audio Designer for Gamified E-Learning App

We’re looking for a talented Sound Designer / Game Audio Designer to create the complete sound ecosystem for Hagwow, a gamified e-learning platform designed to make learning engaging, rewarding, and fun for students. Think of an experience similar to Duolingo, where sound plays an important role in making every interaction feel satisfying, responsive, and alive. Hagwow combines structured academic lessons with colorful original characters, interactive exercises, progression systems, streaks, rewards, animations, and playful feedback. We’re looking for someone who can develop a cohesive sonic identity for the entire app rather than simply create a collection of unrelated sound effects. What You'll Work On Sound design will cover interactions throughout the Hagwow experience, including: UI interactions, buttons, taps, and transitions Correct and incorrect answer feedback XP, rewards, coins, and achievements Streaks and progression milestones Lesson completion and celebration moments Character animations and interactions Loading and transition sequences Other sounds and feedback throughout the app The sounds should feel polished, playful, satisfying, and cohesive without becoming distracting or repetitive. Because students will hear many of these sounds frequently, they need to remain pleasant even after hundreds of interactions. We’re especially interested in someone with experience in game audio, mobile apps, UI/UX sound design, gamified products, or character-driven experiences. The goal is to build a recognizable sound language for Hagwow that becomes an important part of the overall product experience.
