# Bilingual English/Spanish Appointment Setter – Warm Leads We are looking for a **reliable, energetic bilingual English/Spanish caller** to contact **warm leads and schedule appointments** for our clients. **This is NOT cold calling.** The people you will be contacting have already expressed interest by responding to an advertisement, completing a form, or requesting information. ### What You’ll Do * Call warm leads who have already expressed interest * Speak comfortably and professionally in **both English and Spanish** * Explain the offer and answer basic questions using information we provide * Schedule qualified leads directly onto the appointment calendar * Follow up with leads who did not answer the first call * Send text follow-ups when appropriate * Accurately update lead notes and appointment information * Follow provided scripts while still sounding natural and conversational ### Requirements * **Fluent English AND Spanish required** * Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation * Confident and friendly phone personality * Previous appointment-setting, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment * Dependable and able to work scheduled hours consistently * Comfortable using a CRM and online scheduling system * Able to follow scripts, instructions, and follow-up procedures ### This Is an Appointment-Setting Position Your primary responsibility is to **turn interested warm leads into booked appointments**. We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, building quick rapport, handling basic objections, and asking for the appointment.
