Role Overview: We're looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to help us grow our community in the comments. You'll be the warm voice of our brand - replying to real followers, sparking conversations and helping our audience feel heard. Compensation: $50/month with the expectation that responsibilities and pay grow together as the community does. Key Responsibilities: - Reply to comments on our posts in a natural tone - Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to keep conversations going - Pin and surface standout community comments - Flag spam, hate, or anything that needs our attention Requirements: - Strong understanding of social media behavior - Warm, natural writing voice; you can match a brand's tone without sounding scripted - Ability to adapt tone and perspective - Reliable weekday availability for quick check-ins Goal: Make the comment look active, engaging and organically diverse.
