Spanish Speaking YouTube Editor - Talking Head + Whiteboard - Monthly Retainer

I run a Spanish language YouTube channel about buying a home in the United States. Two videos per week, every week, published Tuesday and Saturday. I am looking for one editor on a monthly retainer to own everything that happens after I stop talking. The footage is simple. I sit in a studio in front of a whiteboard and explain something to camera. Single angle, no b roll, no music beds, no motion graphics. Straight cuts. If you like complex creative edits, this is not the job. If you like clean, fast, consistent volume work, it is a good one. WHAT YOU OWN, PER EPISODE - Cut the dead air, trim the opening and the ending - Drop in the intro and outro from a template I provide - Correct the auto generated Spanish caption track. Not burned in captions, just the caption file, because YouTube reads it to understand the video. Auto captions get technical terms and numbers wrong and those are the words that matter for search. - On screen text only where I specifically ask for emphasis - Upload to YouTube with the title, description and tags I provide - End screens, cards, playlist assignment, scheduling WHAT YOU DO NOT DO - Thumbnails. Someone else handles those. - Burned in word by word captions. This is long form, not Shorts. - Vertical clips. Not in scope for now, possibly later. - Choosing topics or writing titles. That comes to you finished. - Anything touching my clients or my business. Channel only. VOLUME 8 to 9 episodes per month, ongoing. TURNAROUND First cut within 4 calendar days of receiving the footage. I publish weekly, so the calendar does not pause for weekends. One revision round included. REQUIREMENTS - Native or fully fluent Spanish. You are correcting Spanish captions, so this is not negotiable. - Experience with talking head or educational channels - YouTube Studio experience, including scheduling and end screens - Reliable on a fixed weekly schedule.
