Spanish attorney needed: Set up Sociedad Limitada (SL) as subsidiary of U.S. company

Seeking a Spanish attorney or law firm to establish a Sociedad Limitada (SL) in Spain as a subsidiary of my U.S. company (a real estate valuation firm based in California). The SL will operate in Madrid and provide appraisal support services for U.S. and UK clients. I have not posted a budget because I would rather see your quote than anchor you to mine. Please bid your own fixed fee for the incorporation phase. FIXED-FEE SCOPE (this engagement): - Full SL incorporation, including notarial deed and Registro Mercantil registration - Spanish NIF for the U.S. parent company (Form EX-15), plus guidance on apostille and sworn translation of the parent's corporate documents - Tax registration with Agencia Tributaria (CIF, VAT/VIES if applicable, corporate tax setup) - Social Security registration for employer status - Bank account opening guidance FOLLOW-ON WORK (billed hourly, not part of the fixed fee): - Employment law consultation for hiring a family member (my adult son) as a cuenta ajena employee. This is a real employment relationship, not a workaround. - Advice on structuring parent-subsidiary transfers between the U.S. and Spanish entities - Potential later employment support for hiring additional family members (my other adult children, and possibly relatives from Peru holding Peruvian nationality) over time REQUIREMENTS: - Licensed Spanish attorney (Abogado Colegiado) - Fluent English and Spanish - Experience with U.S. parent company / Spanish subsidiary structures - Based in Spain Please state clearly whether third-party costs (notary, Registro Mercantil, name reservation, apostille, sworn translation) are included in your fixed fee or billed separately.
