Special Projects Manager for a Growing Business Portfolio
Worldwide
We're growing fast, and alongside our core business we're launching new ventures: a drop-shipping curtain brand, an online education platform, and a buyers agency. We need someone to help build these and keep them running well. You'll be hands-on in setting up how each business works — the systems, the day-to-day processes — and then making sure things run smoothly once they're live. One day you might be helping launch a new website, the next you're sorting out a supplier issue or helping shape a course module. If you enjoy the early, fast-moving stage of building something new, and you also have the patience and structure to keep it running well afterward, this role was made for you. You'll get real ownership over what you build, room to make decisions, and the chance to grow with the business as it grows. What you'll be doing - Setting up new ventures within the business from scratch - Coordinating with in-house graphic designers and outsourcing other pieces as needed - Building the systems and processes that let each business run smoothly day to day - Helping build course content and the platform for a newly launched online education venture - Managing supplier relationships and daily operations for a high-ticket drop-shipping business - Setting up the website, systems, and branding for a buyer's agency, then integrating it with the existing team - Scoping and launching new ad-hoc ventures as they come up What we're looking for - End-to-end project/business management experience — not just admin or customer service. You've taken something from scratch to operational - Strong initiative, communication, follow-through, and organization — able to juggle multiple ventures at once Nice to have - Ecommerce or Meta Ads experience - Online course creation experience - Experience building an online business from the ground up Hours & schedule 20-30 hours to start, part-time, with the opportunity to move to full-time within weeks or months. Fully remote, with some overlap with Melbourne business hours for check-ins. How to apply — mandatory requirements - A 2–3 minute Loom video is required for every applicant — no exceptions. - Please speak naturally and unscripted — don't read from a script, we can tell. Walk us through: your relevant experience and why this role is a fit for you Also include: - A link to your portfolio or samples of relevant past work — websites you've built or managed, businesses you've set up or run, course content you've created, etc. Applications without a Loom video will NOT be considered.
