HR Specialist - Canada

INS is looking for a local Canadian HR professional that is able to be our in-country specialist for HR matters. Role Responsibility: • Working closely with the company's global mobility/HR team as the HR subject matter expert within Canada. • From an HR perspective ensure the business is operating compliantly within all provinces that it operates within • Create compliant employment contracts and HR policies and processes across all provinces • Highly responsive to support with ad hoc queries Job Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree or above. • At least 3-5 years of work experience in HR • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and employment law across all provinces within Canada • Strong knowledge of the visa process when hiring foreign employees in Canada • Well versed with the payroll function across different provinces • Highly responsive - HR queries can come at any point • Fluent in English.
