QA Specialist / Project Manager — Full-Time Remote

We are looking for a QA Specialist who can also handle Project Management responsibilities across our web and mobile projects. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable testing products, managing tasks and timelines, coordinating with developers/designers, and making sure projects stay on track. Our Senior Manager will handle all client-facing communication. You will be responsible for internal execution, QA, coordination, and delivery readiness. Key Responsibilities QA & Testing Perform manual and functional testing across web and mobile projects Test websites and applications built with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Flutter Create and maintain detailed test cases Identify, document, and track bugs Provide clear bug reports with reproduction steps and expected vs. actual results Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing Conduct regression testing before projects are delivered to clients Verify that reported issues have been properly resolved Perform final QA checks before delivery Project Management Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with developers and designers Follow up on pending tasks and blockers Make sure tasks are completed according to deadlines Identify potential delays or risks early Keep project boards and task statuses updated Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Provide regular internal updates to the Senior Manager Ensure projects are properly prepared before client delivery Requirements 2–4 years of combined QA and Project Management experience Agency experience is preferred Strong experience with manual and functional testing Experience testing websites and/or mobile applications Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Flutter, or similar platforms Experience using project/bug tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Trello Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written English communication Ability to write clear and actionable bug reports Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable coordinating with developers and designers Able to work independently and proactively Comfortable working in an internal coordination role without direct client communication Working Hours 3 PM–12 AM Pakistan Time This is a full-time remote position and consistent availability during the required working hours is expected. Compensation PKR 60,000–110,000 per month Salary will depend on your experience, technical QA skills, project management experience, and overall fit for the role.
