AI & IT Specialist (all-round expert, long-term) - master of anything I send you

I am looking for a true all round AI and IT specialist. Someone suitable for everything, an all rounder but for AI and IT. Basically an artist with AI and IT who can handle almost anything I send, not only automation. I mean the full range: building and deploying AI agents, custom AI tools and apps, RAG and chatbots, workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier), API integrations, scripting (Python or JavaScript), scraping, data and dashboards, plus general IT problem solving and setup. If I send you a problem, you figure out the smartest way to solve it with AI or IT. You are: - A genuine generalist and fast learner, strong across AI and IT, not just one niche or one tool. - Someone who understands what actually helps a business (saves time, makes money, scales). - Organized, meets deadlines, documents your work, and can explain things simply. Hardware requirements (this work is heavy, be honest): - Minimum 32GB RAM, strongly preferred 64GB, ideal 128GB. - Modern multi core CPU (Ryzen 9, i9, or Apple M Pro or Max), SSD, and ideally a dedicated GPU for local AI and heavy models. - Fast stable internet with a backup. Machines with 8 to 16GB will not handle this. - List your exact specs (RAM, CPU, GPU, SSD, internet speed) in your reply. No specs listed means not serious. Budget: EUR 8 to 10 per hour to start, long term, with performance bonuses on real results.
