HR Specialist with ADP Module Development Expertise

HRIS / ADP Workforce Now Implementation Specialist (Performance, LMS & Succession Planning) About Us Tellwork Logistics is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with distribution centers across the United States. Over the past two years, our business has experienced significant growth, and we're now focused on building scalable HR processes that support our expanding workforce and leadership team. Project Overview We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now to help us design, configure, and launch several newly purchased ADP modules, including: • Performance Management • Learning Management System (LMS) • Succession Planning • Career Development • Additional Talent Management modules, as applicable We have already invested in these ADP Workforce Now modules and have completed much of the strategic planning internally. Our performance management philosophy, development plans, competency models, and succession planning framework are documented—we now need an experienced ADP expert to translate those plans into fully configured, functional ADP solutions. This is a project-based engagement focused on planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and launch. Responsibilities • Review our existing HR strategies, documentation, and workflows. • Configure and build ADP Workforce Now Talent Management modules to align with our business objectives. • Develop performance review templates, goal-setting processes, competencies, and workflows. • Configure the Learning Management System, including learning paths and development plans. • Build succession planning tools, talent pools, and career development frameworks. • Recommend ADP best practices and process improvements. • Test configurations and troubleshoot issues before launch. • Partner with our HR leadership team throughout implementation. • Provide knowledge transfer and administrator training following implementation. Qualifications • Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now. • Demonstrated experience with Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management modules. • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee development, performance management, and organizational talent strategies. • Experience translating business requirements into HRIS system configurations. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has successfully built and implemented ADP Workforce Now Talent Management modules—not someone who simply administers the system.
