Summary

Spiritual Content Creator & Coach for a New Kind of Women's Community Fully remote · Worldwide · Part-time, paid · 5–15 hours/week · $15–$20/hour · Pacific Time availability required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a strong spiritual calling who wants to turn the strength and inspiration they draw from their spiritual life into service and significant positive impact in the world. You do not need to be a trained spiritual coach. In many ways, we consider it an advantage if you aren't. What matters more is your own lived spiritual experience, an open mind, humility, and a commitment to persistently evolving yourself. The coaching in this role is a form of spiritual stewardship. You are not an authority over anyone else's spiritual life. You are there to humbly serve: to listen deeply, offer your presence and perspective, support another person's commitments to herself, and help her move toward the ideals she has chosen. We will train you in our Spiritual Acceleration philosophy and approach to spiritual stewardship. The other major part of your work is content creation. You'll create a high volume of short-form videos about spiritual development, relationships, personal responsibility, and the ideas behind the Sisterhood. We provide ideas, outlines, feedback, and coaching. You bring your voice. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING The Spiritual Acceleration Sisterhood is an online community for women committed to relentlessly advancing toward their highest spiritual ideals and virtues. We believe spiritual development is deeply personal. We don't tell people what to believe or determine their highest ideals for them. Women with different religions, practices, teachers, and worldviews can participate together while maintaining their spiritual sovereignty. What unites us is the commitment to keep evolving. But sustained transformation is extraordinarily difficult alone. The Sisterhood creates relationships in which women know one another deeply, support the commitments they make to themselves, and eventually collaborate to turn their spiritual ideals into meaningful action in the world. We have spent two years developing the larger organization, platform, and philosophy behind this. Now we're moving fast. We plan to begin opening the Sisterhood to women in approximately 30 days. We're building the founding team now. WHO YOU ARE YOU HAVE A STRONG SPIRITUAL CALLING Your spirituality isn't simply an interest. It is a meaningful force in your life, and you're committed to continually becoming more aligned with your highest virtues. YOU WANT TO MAKE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT Your spiritual life doesn't make you want to withdraw from the world. It inspires you to serve it. You want your life and work to matter to other people. YOU'RE WARM AND GENUINELY INTERESTED IN PEOPLE You listen because you actually want to understand. People feel that. YOU'RE HUMBLE ENOUGH TO KEEP EVOLVING You don't believe you've arrived. You can receive feedback, question yourself, experiment, fail, learn, and change. YOU HAVE AGENCY You don't need to be micromanaged. When you understand the goal and values, you can figure things out, take initiative, and move. YOU'RE WILLING TO BE ROUGH BEFORE YOU'RE GREAT You'll be creating a lot of content. We care much more about sincerity, repetition, and improvement than polished production. YOU BRING YOURSELF We don't want to manufacture another version of us. Your personality, humor, experiences, beliefs, and way of communicating should remain yours. Alignment does not require sameness. OUR CULTURE We are a spiritual organization, and compassion sits at the center of what we do. We also believe compassion and high expectations can coexist. - We deeply value spiritual sovereignty, individual agency, and personal responsibility. - We deeply value free speech. Free speech is what makes free thinking possible. It means being able to genuinely listen to another person without the desire to silence them. - If you understand the world primarily through power, privilege, and identity categories, this is not the place for you. That framework is the opposite of what we are teaching our members to see in each other. - We respect traditional ways of life, but we don't confuse old with good or new with progress. Ideas should stand on their merits. - We are skeptical of legacy institutions, especially media and education. - We are a spiritual and cultural organization. We do not affiliate ourselves with political ideologies. If you hate people who have a different political perspective, this is not the organization for you. WHAT YOU'LL DO START CREATING IMMEDIATELY We'll give you topics, ideas, outlines, and coaching. You'll begin recording short-form videos in your own voice from the beginning. We aren't going to spend weeks teaching you doctrine before you're allowed to speak. We don't have a doctrine for you to adopt. What matters is alignment around our foundational values and a willingness to learn. LEARN SPIRITUAL ACCELERATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION You'll participate in the Sisterhood while helping build it. You'll learn our philosophy and approach to spiritual stewardship while continuing to follow your own spiritual path. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS As women begin arriving, content creation increasingly connects with spiritual coaching. You'll welcome people, listen deeply, understand what they're trying to accomplish in their lives, and help them follow through on the commitments they make to themselves. You are not there to tell another woman who she should become. Your role is to humbly support her in becoming the person she has decided she wants to be. You'll work alongside the founding team, including another content creator and coach. We want the people building the Sisterhood to support and learn from one another rather than doing this work alone. TAKE INCREASING OWNERSHIP We don't want to micromanage exceptional people. We want to establish clear values and goals, give you support and feedback, and then create room for you to bring your own abilities, ideas, and personality to the work. If you flourish here, your responsibility can grow substantially as the Sisterhood grows. THE PRACTICAL DETAILS HOURS Approximately 5–15 paid hours per week. Around 10 hours will likely be typical initially, with the potential for the role to grow. PAY $15–$20/hour to start. REMOTE & LOCATION This role is fully remote and open to applicants worldwide. ENGLISH You must speak fluent, natural English. Because you'll be creating conversational video content and coaching women in English, you need to communicate with ease, clarity, and nuance. AVAILABILITY You can live anywhere in the world, but you must have reliable availability during Pacific Time hours for weekly meetings and community gatherings. TRIAL We begin with a short paid trial period. This gives both of us the opportunity to experience working together before making a larger commitment. CONTENT Expect to spend a substantial portion of your initial time creating short-form video content. Production is intentionally simple. We want sincerity and volume rather than highly edited videos. TIMING We're hiring quickly. We expect to begin opening the Sisterhood in approximately 30 days and want the right person involved as soon as possible. WHERE THIS CAN GO We're building an ambitious and innovative organization with the long-term goal of making a global impact. We're early enough that the people joining now can meaningfully influence what it becomes. Over time, this role can develop beyond content creation and coaching into deeper spiritual stewardship, community leadership, and statesmanship within No Self Society. We aren't looking for someone who believes they have already become everything they are capable of becoming. We're looking for someone relentlessly pursuing their own transformation — and who wants to turn that transformation into service to others.
