Summary

Part-time · 5-15 hours/week · Pacific Time availability required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone whose spiritual evolution is one of the central purposes of their life, who is genuinely inspired by other people's creativity, and who is excited to create a lot of content. We're building a new community around a simple idea: Sustained creative inspiration can accelerate spiritual evolution. This isn't just for professional artists. We want creators of all kinds alongside people who deeply appreciate creativity, enjoy supporting other people's work, and want to participate in the creative process. Your first job will be helping us find those people. You'll create short-form content, discover and highlight interesting creative work, talk with artists and creators, explore ideas around spirituality and creativity, and help us build a social media presence that attracts the kind of people we want in the community. As the community grows, you'll also help bring those people together and support what emerges between them. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING This community is part of No Self Society, a spiritual organization built around spiritual sovereignty. We believe spiritual development is deeply personal. We don't tell people what to believe or determine their highest ideals for them. People with different religions, practices, teachers, and worldviews can participate together while maintaining their spiritual sovereignty. What unites us is a commitment to keep evolving. But we don't believe spiritual development ends with the individual. As we become more aligned with our highest ideals, that transformation should increasingly become visible in what we bring into the world. For some people, that expression is service. For some, it's family, leadership, or building ambitious projects. For this community, we're particularly interested in creative expression. Music, film, writing, design, visual art, performance, technology, and forms of creativity we haven't anticipated can all become ways of giving spiritual inspiration form. We want to bring together people who inspire one another, appreciate one another's work, experiment, collaborate, and help each other remain creatively alive. There is no curriculum everyone needs to complete and no requirement to constantly produce or publish. Someone might be finishing an album. Someone might be experimenting with film for the first time. Someone might spend most of their time discovering and appreciating other people's work. What matters is creating an environment of sustained creative inspiration—where being around other people makes you want to see more, explore more, create more, and continue evolving. WHAT YOU'LL DO START CREATING IMMEDIATELY Initially, around 90% of your work will be content creation. You'll create short-form videos around spirituality and creativity, highlight work that genuinely inspires you, discover interesting creators, experiment with formats, talk with artists, and help develop the public voice of the community. We want to create a social presence that's worth following even if someone never becomes a member. We'll provide ideas, feedback, and support, but we want you to bring your own curiosity, taste, personality, and voice. HELP BUILD THE COMMUNITY YOU'RE ATTRACTING We're planning to open the community on September 20. As people begin arriving, you'll increasingly help bring the community to life. You'll host gatherings, get to know people, check in on what they're creating, connect people who should know each other, encourage collaborations, share interesting work, and generally help create an environment where people feel inspired and supported. You aren't there to pressure people to produce. You're there to care about what they're doing and help create the conditions in which interesting things can happen. Over time, we'd like the community itself to become increasingly capable of supporting its members' creative work through collaboration, attention, promotion, resources, guest creators, and opportunities we haven't discovered yet. WHO YOU ARE YOUR SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION IS ONE OF THE CENTRAL PURPOSES OF YOUR LIFE This isn't a casual interest. You're committed to continually evolving yourself and becoming more aligned with your highest ideals. You don't need to follow a particular religion, teacher, or practice. You do need an open mind, humility, and a sincere spiritual life of your own. OTHER PEOPLE'S CREATIVITY GENUINELY INSPIRES YOU You love encountering something interesting and sharing it with other people. You're curious about why something works, what it means, and who made it. YOU ENJOY CREATING CONTENT You're comfortable speaking on camera and willing to create frequently. We care more about sincerity, experimentation, and improvement than polished production. YOU GENUINELY LIKE PEOPLE You're curious about what they're making, what inspires them, and what they're trying to become. YOU HAVE AGENCY You can understand a goal, experiment, learn, and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged. You do not need to be a professional artist. We're less interested in your artistic résumé than in whether you can recognize something exciting, communicate why it matters, and help other people's creativity flourish. PRACTICAL DETAILS Approximately 5-15 paid hours per week initially. $15–$20/hour. Pacific Time availability required for meetings and community gatherings. Short paid trial period. Target community launch: September 20. Potential for the role and hours to grow if the project succeeds.
