Summary

We run a few tutorial/how-to YouTube channels that get 1–2 sponsorship/affiliate inquiries per day. Looking for a long-term freelancer to manage this pipeline. What you'll do: -Check inbox daily, filter out scams -Log affiliate offers -Negotiate and close sponsor deals (final sign-off stays with us) -Reach out to new brands to generate deals that wouldn't have come to us otherwise Pay: -25% commission on the first $1,000 of any deal, 33% on everything above that -Example: a $2,000 deal pays $583 -No retainer, no cap - paid once the brand's payment has fully cleared Looking for someone who: -Has closed brand/sponsorship deals before -Can spot a scam email -Writes clean outreach/negotiation emails -Wants this long-term, not a one-off gig
