Sports Content Creator (Social Media) — SEC/Football, Southeast U.S.

We're PropelHER (propel-her.com), a boutique marketing agency working with high-visibility sports brand, including SEC / ESPN-affiliated accounts. We're looking for a content creator who already lives in this world — not someone learning sports content as they go. This is a hands-on, high-output role. You'll be behind the camera, behind the edit, and behind the aesthetic that makes these accounts stand out. We expect growth FAST. KPIs will be tracked. Who we're looking for: - Deep knowledge of SEC culture, fan communities, and what makes sports content resonate - Excellent video creator: shooting, editing, pacing, sound, trends — your reel should speak for itself - Platform fluent across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — you adapt content natively rather than reposting the same asset everywhere - Strong design eye for clean, on-brand graphics Comfortable using Claude and Claude Design as part of your regular workflow - Based in or near the Southeast U.S. — some in-person shoots and event coverage required Core responsibilities: - Create, edit, and post short-form video content across TikTok, IG, FB, Pinterest and Youtube - Design static graphics for socials - Cover games/events as needed, with travel within the Southeast - Keep content organized and on schedule in our Notion system - Bring creative ideas to the table, not just execute assignments How to apply: Please send over your portfolio with examples of accounts you've grown.
