Sports Event Photographer – HYROX Sydney (July 1 & 3, 2026)

We are looking for a Sports photographer to cover the running segments of the HYROX Sydney competition. Event Details Event: HYROX Sydney Dates: July 1 & 3, 2026 Location: Sydney Showground, 1 Showground Rd, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 Budget: USD 800 (inclusive of parking, meals, transportation, and all expenses for 2days) Photography Assignment: The objective is to capture participating athletes while they are running throughout the competition day. Photographers must provide extensive coverage of all competition categories and athlete groups from the beginning of the event until its conclusion. Key Requirements 1. Capture athletes while running during all competition segments throughout the day. 2. Coverage starts when the event begins and ends when the competition concludes. 3. Athletes must be captured head-to-toe from the left side to ensure clear visibility of apparel branding and footwear. 4. Shoes, tops, and bottoms must be clearly visible. 5. Images should be sharp, well-lit, and free from major obstructions, in JPEG/JPG format only with timestamps. Important Operational Requirement: In addition to photography, we would appreciate the photographer's assistance in noting: 1. The approximate start times of different competition categories or event segments. 2. Any significant schedule changes observed during the event. Deliverables: High-resolution JPEG images. Timely upload of all photographs after the event with 24hours of the event. Date and time (timestamp) must be included in the filename of every image.
