Sports Event Videographer/Photographer - Bethesda, MD Aug 21-23

We are a marketing agency looking for a videographer/photographer to cover the opening weekend of a new padel club in Bethesda, Maryland. You shoot on site, hand off the raw files, and we handle all editing. Dates and times (on site, Bethesda MD): Friday, August 21: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, August 22: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM Sunday, August 23: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM Six hours total across the weekend. If you can only cover Friday and Saturday, still apply and tell us which blocks you can do. What you will be capturing: Candid video and photos of members playing and socializing, court action, the space, the energy of the room Short interviews and testimonials with players, shot with clean audio Quick tip videos with the coaches, also with clean audio Gear requirements: Your own camera capable of 4K, plus at least one fast lens for lower light indoor courts At least one lavalier mic, two preferred, for interviews and coach tips Tripod or gimbal Please list exactly what body, lenses, and audio gear you will bring Deliverables: All raw video files and all raw photo files, culled for obvious throwaways Delivered within 48 hours of the final shoot day via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer No editing required on your end What we are looking for: Comfortable directing people who are not on camera often, so interviews feel natural and quick Experience with sports, fitness, events, or social settings Reliable and on time.
