Spotify Channel Setup & Insight Timer Dashboard Management for Guided Meditations

I need someone to create a channel on Spotify for me and upload approximately 30 guided meditations along with descriptions. I also need help updating my Insight Timer dashboard and uploading approximately 15 new guided meditations, along with descriptions and thumbnails. Audio files will be provided already edited and ready to upload. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing audio content on Spotify and Insight Timer specifically, and can work independently once given direction.
