Summary

Squarespace Website Build for Premium Private-Pay Therapy Practice I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist launching a premium private-pay solo practice. I already have an active Squarespace site, domain, brand direction, color palette, page structure, visual mockups, and most/all website copy completed. I am looking for an experienced Squarespace 7.1 designer to turn these materials into a polished, launch-ready website. This is primarily an implementation and design project, not a branding or copywriting project. Website pages will include approximately: Home About Therapy for Adults Approach Fees & FAQ Book / Consultation Cancellation Policy Privacy Policy HIPAA Notice / Notice of Privacy Practices There may be one additional page depending on final structure. Design direction The site should feel: premium calm sophisticated warm credible personal clean and uncluttered I do not want a generic therapist template, overly clinical medical look, or spa/wellness aesthetic. Existing brand palette: Warm Ivory: #F8F6F2 Soft Charcoal: #2B2B2B Deep Forest Green: #30453B Warm Bronze: #9B7B56 Stone Gray: #B7B0A4 Typography direction: Elegant serif headings similar to Cormorant Garamond Clean sans-serif body text such as Inter or Source Sans 3 I have visual mockups for the pages and would like the finished Squarespace site to closely reproduce their layout, typography, colors, spacing, imagery, decorative elements, and overall visual hierarchy, with reasonable adjustments for responsive design and Squarespace limitations. Professional photography is scheduled for next week. The site can initially be built using placeholders, then the final photographs can be inserted before launch. What I need completed: Build the complete site inside my existing Squarespace account. Implement the copy and visual direction I provide. Closely reproduce the supplied page mockups. Create polished desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Establish consistent typography, spacing, colors, buttons, and visual hierarchy. Create or source licensed commercial-use decorative line art / graphic elements comparable to those shown in the mockups. Configure navigation and footer. Connect consultation buttons to my SimplePractice booking link. Assist with connecting/configuring my primary domain as needed. Complete basic on-page SEO setup, including page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, URLs, and image alt text. Check the entire site for broken links, unfinished template content, inconsistent formatting, and mobile issues. Provide a brief handoff showing me how to make basic text and photo changes myself. I want the site to remain reasonably easy for me to maintain after completion. Custom CSS is fine where it improves the design, but I do not want unnecessary complexity that makes future edits difficult. Visual fidelity I understand that static design mockups cannot always be reproduced pixel-for-pixel in a responsive website. However, I expect the finished site to be very close to the supplied design. Please tell me before starting if you see elements in the mockups that cannot reasonably be reproduced in Squarespace 7.1. Please include with your proposal: 3–5 Squarespace websites you personally designed/built Examples of premium professional-service sites are preferred (therapy, medical, legal, consulting, financial, etc.) Your fixed-price quote Estimated turnaround time Number of revision rounds included Whether mobile optimization is included Whether basic SEO setup is included Whether domain configuration and SimplePractice booking integration are included Whether you expect to use custom CSS Please also answer these two questions: After reviewing my mockups, approximately how closely do you believe you can reproduce the design in Squarespace 7.1, and which elements, if any, would need to change? What specifically would you do to make this website feel like a premium $300+ per-session private practice rather than a generic therapist website? Budget: Approximately $750–$1,250 depending on portfolio, Squarespace expertise, and scope included. I have entered $1,000 as the project budget, but I am open to proposals within that general range. I am looking for someone who can begin soon and complete the project in approximately 1–2 weeks.
