Stager Managed Needed — San Francisco 9/8

We're hiring a stage manager for an evening documentary premiere in San Francisco on Monday, September 8. Backstage role only — hosts handle everything on mic. The event is planned; we need someone to run the show. What you'll do: - Build the cue sheet with us (lights, playback, mics) - Run a cue-to-cue rehearsal with venue AV that afternoon - Call the show on headset - Keep speakers mic'd, staged, and on cue What we're looking for: - You've stage managed live events before — screenings, panels, corporate shows, theater all count - Calm on headset, obsessive about details - SF local or able to be on-site that afternoon and evening Paid day rate.
