Startup Attorney Needed – Draft IP Assignment, NDA & Contractor Agreement for AI SaaS Startup

I'm looking for an experienced startup attorney or legal professional to prepare a set of legal agreements that properly protect the company's intellectual property before development progresses further. This is not a generic NDA project. I'm looking for someone with experience representing software startups, SaaS companies, or venture-backed businesses. Scope: -Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement (PIIAA) -Independent Contractor Agreement -Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) -Intellectual Property Assignment provisions ensuring all software, code, documentation, designs, inventions, and related work product belong exclusively to my company -Work Made for Hire language where appropriate -Ongoing cooperation clause for future patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property filings -Return or destruction of confidential information upon termination -Non-solicitation language if appropriate -Electronic signature compatibility (DocuSign or similar).
