Summary

Static HTML site for a London scaffolding company, hosted on Cloudflare Pages from a Git repo. I have 22 pages already built to a consistent template, plus the Python scripts that generate them. I will supply repo access and all copy. Work needed: Split the existing one-page home page into separate About, Projects and Contact pages, matching the existing template exactly Optimise and convert images to AVIF and WebP at correct responsive sizes Add the supplied schema markup and sitemap Check Core Web Vitals and fix anything failing The first milestone is a single page as a paid test before the rest is agreed. No CMS. No WordPress. No SEO packages, no link building. Please do not propose migrating the site to a CMS.
