In this role, you will brainstorm, draft, and develop original stories, character profiles, and worldlore across various digital formats while learning from senior narrative creators. Key Responsibilities Narrative Creation: Draft original short stories, scripts, character arcs, and worldbuilding concepts based on creative briefs. Idea Generation: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, pitching fresh plotlines, concepts, and thematic ideas. Refinement & Growth: Work closely with editors and senior writers to revise drafts, absorb feedback, and refine your prose and storytelling skills. Pipeline Management: Deliver drafts reliably on agreed timelines while managing multiple story ideas. Qualifications & Requirements Zero Experience Needed: Open to entry-level applicants, self-taught writers, and passionate creators. Unbridled Passion for Storytelling: A deep love for books, film, gaming, audio dramas, or other storytelling media. Strong Command of Written English: Solid grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and basic narrative structure (pacing, dialogue, emotion). Adaptability: Willingness to receive constructive feedback, learn new writing styles, and improve your craft continuously.
