Strategy Consultant – Research, Insights & Strategic Planning - Must be based in the UAE

Project-Based Contract | Abu Dhabi / UAE We are looking for an experienced Strategy Consultant to support a strategic consulting engagement. Important Requirements Please apply only if you meet the following requirements: Currently based in the UAE Minimum 5 years of professional experience working within the UAE market Strong understanding of the UAE business, cultural and stakeholder environment Arabic language skills are strongly preferred Strong English communication skills Available to work from Abu Dhabi / UAE as required Applications from candidates based outside the UAE will not be considered. About the Role We are looking for someone with strong strategic thinking who can turn research, insights and complex briefs into clear, practical and compelling strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct research, benchmarking and market analysis Develop strategic frameworks and recommendations Translate insights into clear strategic direction Develop customer and visitor experience strategies Support programme and activation strategy Develop success measurement frameworks and KPIs Support stakeholder interviews, workshops and presentations Prepare strategic reports and client presentations Develop implementation roadmaps and recommendations Manage strategic workstreams and deliverables Incorporate client feedback and develop final outputs What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the UAE market Background in strategy, consulting, innovation, experience strategy or a related field Strong understanding of the UAE market and local context Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills Strong research and synthesis abilities Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear solutions Strong presentation and storytelling skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients Arabic speaker preferred Experience in experience strategy, customer/visitor journeys, placemaking, cultural projects, community programs, innovation or strategic consulting is an advantage.
