StreamYard Video-Quality Consultant for Two-Host YouTube Reaction Channel

I need an experienced StreamYard and remote video-production consultant to improve the recording quality for a two-host YouTube movie-reaction channel. Both hosts record separate 1080p webcam files through StreamYard, but one host appears blurry in the original footage while the other is overexposed and too bright. Both use virtual backgrounds. The consultant should review sample recordings, conduct a 60–90 minute remote setup session with both hosts and our editor, diagnose the webcam, lighting, focus, exposure, white balance, browser and StreamYard settings, and help match both hosts’ sharpness, brightness, colour and framing. We also need a simple written setup checklist and review of one final test recording. This is a technical setup and troubleshooting project, not a video-editing job. Experience with StreamYard, remote podcasts, webcams, lighting and virtual backgrounds is required.
