Seeking a full time very strong English skills needed as there is client follow up's that are needed for a window Installation / Construction company. C1-C2 level skills needed. At a minimum experience in Quickbooks for the following .Sending out and following up on invoices Receiving payments in QBO Answering billing / fee-related questions Entering AP Invoices into Brex and tagging them with the right customer codes to enable project-level billing Inventory Counting at the end of the month Expensify Credit Card customer classification Salesman commissions tracking
