Must be a licensed engineer in New Zealand / LBP. Building a 70sqm minor dwelling in FNDC. Wind Zone = very high. Seeking a structural engineer for design and PS1 for a) house pile embedment depth and b) retaining walls (1m or less). I have the following available: - Geotech report + slope stability analysis - Civil design - Architectural design Needing a very fast turnaround to submit for a Building Consent.
