Summary

We require a complete structural analysis, primary steel design, Tekla fabrication detailing, and a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a commercial development consisting of one G+1 structure with reinforced concrete or hybrid framing and two steel frame warehouses with portal frame or truss design. The work must comply with specified design codes, including load criteria for dead, live, wind, and seismic loads, as well as subgrade reaction and soil parameters. Deliverables include accurate structural calculations, detailed drawings, and a comprehensive BOQ for fabrication and construction.
