Student Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Admissions & Enrollment Specialist to help grow our online medical billing and coding school. This role includes generating and nurturing new student leads, reaching out to prospective students, scheduling enrollment calls, conducting consistent follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and guiding qualified candidates through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, admissions, or sales, is comfortable with outbound outreach, and knows how to build relationships that result in enrollments. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus generous bonuses for every student who enrolls, with additional bonuses for paid-in-full enrollments.
