Substack Content Posting Assistant

Butterfly in the Boardroom is seeking a detail-oriented Substack Research Assistant to help fuel our leadership-content creation system. Each weekday, you will search Substack for newsletters that meet defined criteria—such as leadership, organizational culture, management, executive decision-making, workplace psychology, and business strategy—and enter the qualified publications into our Butterfly Content system. Responsibilities 1. Research Substack daily using clear target criteria and topics we provide. 2. Identify relevant, active Substacks and verify they meet quality and audience-fit standards. 3 Enter required publication information accurately into our content creation system, including links, author/publication name, topic, and relevant notes and content. 4. Video training is provided on for every task. 5. Fluent English is required. 6. Currently guaranteed 20 hours per week every week minimum required. 7. Very important to provide daily updates through chat. 8. All training will be paid. Ideal Candidate 1. Familiar with Substack and online content research. 2. Highly organized, accurate, and reliable with daily recurring work. 3. Preferable (not required) Interested in leadership, business, organizational culture, management, or professional development. 4. Comfortable following detailed processes and working independently following video training. 5. Important: Must message me daily with updates. Estimated workload: Currently required 20 hours per week. 5 hours per day required. May increase.
