# Substitute Interview Conductor – Flexible / On-Call We are looking for a **professional, personable, and reliable Substitute Interview Conductor** to conduct candidate interviews on an **as-needed, on-call basis**. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants **flexible hours** and the ability to accept interviews based on their availability. You will serve as a backup/substitute interviewer when our primary interviewers are unavailable. ### Responsibilities * Conduct candidate interviews by video * Follow our structured interview questions and evaluation process * Create a professional, welcoming experience for candidates * Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and keep the conversation engaging * Evaluate candidates based on established criteria * Take concise notes and complete an interview evaluation after each interview * Provide feedback regarding the candidate's communication, professionalism, experience, and overall fit * Be available periodically for short-notice interview requests ### Requirements * **Excellent spoken English and clear communication are required** * **Strong video presence and professional on-camera appearance** * Comfortable and confident speaking with candidates on video * Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor * Strong listening and interviewing skills * Reliable and responsive when accepting an interview assignment * Able to follow a structured interview format while keeping the conversation natural * Previous recruiting, HR, interviewing, staffing, education, or healthcare experience is a plus ### Schedule **Very flexible.** This is an **on-call/substitute position**, so there are no guaranteed set hours. Interviews will be offered based on our needs and your availability.
