Subtitle & Caption Proofreader — Daily Videos

We need a sharp set of eyes on our subtitles. Every day We publish video content daily, and before anything goes live, we need someone to catch every spelling mistake, awkward phrasing, mistimed line, and weird auto-caption hallucination. You'll be the last line of defense before publish. This is a daily, ongoing role — not a one-off project. If you love clean writing and small details bother you in a good way, you'll like this work. What you'll do: - Review subtitle/caption files for our daily videos - Catch spelling errors, typos, grammar issues, and punctuation mistakes - Flag lines that don't make sense or read awkwardly - Suggest cleaner phrasing where the auto-generated captions are clunky - Confirm names, brands, and proper nouns are spelled correctly - Turn around feedback within a tight daily window You're a fit if: - Your written English is excellent — near-native or native level. You catch errors instinctively - You can work during US business hours, at least for a few-hour daily window - You're meticulous. Details that other people skip over jump out at you - You have experience proofreading, editing, subtitling, translating, or working in publishing/media (any of these) - You can commit to a daily schedule - You have experience using Discord, Notion, and Google Drive
