We are looking for a Bengali-speaking freelancer to connect with suppliers, consultants, and industry experts in the following category: Category Uniform Services • Corporate Uniforms • Industrial Workwear • Protective Clothing (PPE) • Hospitality Uniforms • Healthcare Uniforms • Textile Rental and Managed Uniform Services Project Geography The project will primarily cover: • Bangladesh • India (Uniform Manufacturing Sector) Special focus should be placed on Bangladesh, one of the world's leading textile and garment manufacturing hubs. The freelancer must identify relevant contacts through independent research. ________________________________________ Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: Expert & Supplier Identification • Identifying relevant suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, sourcing specialists, and industry experts within the Uniform Services sector. • Ensuring consultants and experts have at least 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience. Outreach & Communication • Contacting potential participants through: o Telephone o Email o LinkedIn (where applicable) Survey Administration • Collecting responses to a short survey consisting of 5 to 6 questions related to the Uniform Services market. Research Tracking • Maintaining an Excel tracker containing: o Participant Name o Designation o Company o Business Email Address o Professional Contact Number o Country o Years of Experience o Relevant Area of Expertise o Survey Responses o Outreach Status VOX Club Introduction • Briefly introducing participants to Beroe's VOX Club after survey completion. • Recording whether participants are interested in receiving additional information regarding future engagement opportunities. ________________________________________ Desired Profile Mandatory • Native or fluent Bengali speaker • Good written and spoken English • Experience in: o Market Research o Supplier Research o Procurement Research o Textile Industry Research o Expert Networking Preferred • Previous experience within: o Apparel Manufacturing o Uniform Manufacturing o Workwear Industry o Textile Sourcing o Corporate Uniform Services ________________________________________ Important Requirement All survey responses must be collected directly from the participants.
