Supplier Outreach - Africa

Project Objective The objective of this project is to identify, contact, and collect survey responses from suppliers, consultants, and industry experts operating in the following categories: Integrated Facilities Management Commercial Real Estate Services Hazardous/solid Waste Management Please connect with relevant suppliers, service providers, consultants, and industry experts operating in the above categories. The target participants should include senior decision-makers and experienced industry professionals. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following activities: 1. Identifying relevant suppliers, service providers, consultants, and industry experts within the specified categories and target regions. 2. Ensuring that consultants and industry experts have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. 3. Shortlisting a balanced mix of large, medium-sized, and small suppliers or service providers. 4. Verifying that every shortlisted supplier has, wherever possible: o A valid and active company website o A valid business email address o A professional telephone number o Evidence that the company provides the relevant service o A presence in the assigned country or region 5. Identifying appropriate senior decision-makers within the shortlisted organizations. 6. Contacting potential participants through professional email and telephone outreach. 7. Communicating with participants in French, Arabic, or English, depending on the assigned market and the participant’s preference. 8. Administering a short survey consisting of approximately 5 to 7 questions for each category. 9. Ensuring that every survey response is collected directly from the participant. 10. Recording participant details, outreach activities, survey responses, and VOX Club interest in the provided Excel tracker. 11. Introducing interested participants to Beroe’s VOX Club after survey completion. 12. Confirming each participant’s willingness to join the VOX expert network. 13. Recording the language used for outreach and survey completion. 14. Providing the original source URL used to identify each supplier or professional. 15. Maintaining accurate records of unsuccessful calls, bounced emails, declined invitations, completed surveys, and successful VOX onboardings. Reporting Requirements The Excel tracker should contain: Participant Name Designation Company Name Business Email Address Professional Contact Number Country/Region Years of Experience Relevant Category Survey Responses Outreach Status Note: All responses need to be maintained with a backend file, and if the survey response received via call, that needs to be recorded. Important Compliance Requirement All survey responses must be collected directly from participants.
