We are a professional legal firm with a team of approximately 10 people seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to provide ongoing technical assistance on a contract, as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and be comfortable troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues for our team. Responsibilities include providing remote IT support, troubleshooting Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 issues, assisting with email and login issues, and communicating with team members and vendors to resolve technical problems.
