IT Support Specialist – Microsoft Office for Mac + ZIP File/Data Migration I’m looking for an experienced IT professional to assist with two tasks on my Mac laptop: 1. Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 * Troubleshoot Microsoft Office activation on my Mac. * I have an active Microsoft subscription, but Office will not activate or properly connect to my account. * Get Word and the other Microsoft Office applications working correctly. 2. ZIP File / Data Migration * I have a large ZIP file containing medical practice data that needs to be unencrypted, extracted, and split into the required file sizes/formats. * The files then need to be uploaded/imported into my new medical software. * I will provide the instructions I received from the software company, along with the necessary access. Important: Because the files may contain sensitive medical information, I need someone who is comfortable working with HIPAA-sensitive data and maintaining strict confidentiality. Looking for someone experienced with Mac/macOS, Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, ZIP/encrypted files, and data migration who can complete this efficiently.
